Saturday - April 12, 2003

Well, just finished Session 12 today, about 4 or so more to go.  I probably won't start the next Session till the Fall time, so continue to send Applications if you wish.  I probably will respond to them eventually, so don't be alarmed if I don't get back to you in a few days even a few weeks/months.  All Applications are kept on file and I will respond to them in order for the next session.  We have 8 applicants left in this Class, so that is much better than the 1 I had last time.  Hopefully next class can be as successful. 

Friday - January 31, 2003

Morgan (Starhawk) from the last Class has VERY kindly donated use of her whole server for us to use for CLASS related use.  This means compiling smaug and even running it for testing if so needed.  I will be talking more about this next class and hope to have it available by class 3 for anyone who is interested in a shell.  NOTE:  This is not a shell to be running your mud on, it is for your use for class related material only, meaning I don't want to catch people having a little party on some mud running on the server.

Well it is almost February and for those who don't know, we are NO longer taking applicants.  You are welcome to fill out an application, you will be contacted for the next class if you do so.  Sorry if anyone looking forward to joining the class.  Hope to see the ones who are participating on Saturday, thanks.

Monday - January 20, 2003

The taking of applicants ends on Friday at midnight CST.  After that, I will not be taking anyone new.  I also added the first meeting logs to the Session Logs Link.  This log was provided by Rebecca, so if you see You in there, that would be her :-).  I will also have a few other sections up soon.

Sunday - January 12, 2003

18 Have signed up for IMMU-Smaug Programming.  I am currently taking more applicants till I reach my goal of 30 applicants.  Those of you that have signed an application, I will be reply back to you with a confirmation reply or a message that Session 2 is full.

Time Update:  The class time is set, 1-4PM EST on Saturdays.  There will be a meeting on Saturday the 18th to discuss anything you wish to discuss with me and see who will show up at the current time slot.
