I don't really include this in every single snippet, nor have I discussed
a few other things before, so I thought I would post this general purpose
License Notice for all my snippets (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE FEAR 1.x or FEAR
2.x CODEBASE).  

I.  Private Use (For Private Codebases that are not released).

    A.  License Requirements.
    
        1.  To have all headers left intact and unchanged.  If you wish to
            add more comments, add them before or after mine.  This is the
            only thing I ask for private use, so I think that is simple
            enough.
    
    B.  Requests, not Requirements.

        1.  Contact me (see the bottom of this doc for ways to contact me)
            if you install the snippet.
        2.  Give credit for my snippets in a helpfile like credits or in
            helpfiles over my code.
        3.  Contact me if you find bugs, I wish to be notified of any bugs
            so I can fix them for everyone.
            
II.  Public Use (For Released Codebases)

    A.  License Requirements.
    
        1.  Contact me (see the bottom of this doc for ways to contact me)
            before/after releasing the codebase.  I just would like to know
            it is out there and other are enjoying it!
        2.  Give credit in a credits helpfile or in every helpfile related
            to my snippets.
     
That is it, if you wish to see the License for Fear, check out the fear
website (www.rafermand.net/fear11).  As of the writing of this revision,
I have not released Fear 2.0, so there is no license out for it yet beyond
the ones on Smaug.
